Christopher Creek Canyon | 3CII

WOULD LIKE TO TAKE A FEW NEWER CANYONEERS.

You are responsible for your own safety. This is not a guided tour. You will need to be an active team member. You need to be proficient and competent in all aspects of canyoneering .

Christopher Creek is a beautiful slick-rock and very cold water canyon on the other side of Payson. It is suitable for those who are competent at rappelling, self rescue, have basic canyoneering skills, are fit and agile.

Please bring all typical canyoneering gear as well as the ability to ascend a rope. Food and plenty of water is needed. We will be wet all day. A WETSUIT IS recommended for comfort. The water is typically cold at the put in and warms slightly as we progress down canyon.

Required Gear:

Helmet
Harness
